DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS POLICY
What if my package is lost or damaged?  

Orders that are marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. We cannot refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You will need to contact the carrier to inquire about your missing package.

Please double check your address before purchase. A package with an incorrect address may be returned to sender by carrier. Buyer will be refunded when the package returns to sender.

Please note the handmade nature of items.

Please be aware that GlossMad. items are handmade. Due to this, products may slightly differ from each other. Lip glosses are filled to a specific level on the wand tube. When you remove the wand from the tube, a void will be visible, and gloss will be move higher within the tube. This can cause the gloss to not look full.

What is your Returns Policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges of products. If your product is damaged please contact gloss.mad@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Emails will need to include order number, a description of damage, and pictures to verify.

 

Product damage includes cracks or malfunction with wand or tube. Damage does not include air spaces that are normal when the wand is removed and gloss is displaced around tube, or slight colour difference as these are handmade products and differences will occur.

If it is decided that your product is damaged, a refund or replacement will be sent. If your product is deemed to not be damaged you will not receive a refund or replacement.
